Chief Scientific Officer (CSO)
Joseph Cole Alleman serves as Chief Scientific Officer at TruMo Analytics, bringing more than a decade of experience in scientific leadership, laboratory operations, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and analytical testing within GMP and GLP-regulated environments. Throughout his career, Cole has been directly involved in the processing and analysis of more than 180,000 cannabis samples, giving him extensive practical experience with the scientific, operational, and regulatory challenges associated with large-scale cannabis testing. With a background in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Cole has built his career around advancing scientific integrity, strengthening laboratory quality, and supporting programs that protect public health and patient safety. In his role as Chief Scientific Officer, Cole provides scientific and operational leadership across the organization, working closely with laboratory leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, documentation, and systems that promote quality, compliance, and program integrity. He provides scientific expertise and technical guidance, supports regulatory and accreditation activities, and helps develop laboratory teams through training, mentorship, and competency development. Cole has extensive experience in Oklahoma’s medical cannabis testing industry and has played a significant role in advancing laboratory quality and standardization. His expertise includes ISO 17025 accreditation, method validation, analytical chemistry, quality control data analysis, corrective and preventive actions, root cause investigations, regulatory compliance, and the development of testing procedures and quality management systems. His experience processing and analyzing more than 180,000 cannabis samples has provided him with a broad understanding of laboratory data, testing trends, quality risks, and the importance of reliable analytical results in protecting consumers and supporting public health. Cole has also collaborated with regulators, medical professionals, research institutions, and industry partners to promote evidence-based approaches to laboratory testing and public health. He is the author of Oklahoma Quality Management System: Cannabis Testing Standardization, a work that compiled recommendations from the Oklahoma Cannabis Testing Advisory Board and contributed to efforts to improve consistency and quality across Oklahoma’s cannabis testing laboratories. Cole earned his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University. His professional experience spans laboratory leadership, analytical chemistry, quality assurance, consulting, regulatory compliance, and operational management, providing him with a multidisciplinary perspective on the scientific and organizational challenges facing modern analytical laboratories. As Chief Scientific Officer, Cole is committed to advancing analytical excellence, strengthening laboratory quality systems, and helping establish scientifically rigorous testing practices that support the integrity of the cannabis industry and the health and safety of the communities it serves.
Laboratory Director
With more than 17 years of experience in regulated laboratory environments, Daniel brings extensive expertise in analytical chemistry, method development, method transfer, analytical instrumentation, and the review and release of laboratory results. Throughout his career, he has successfully supported high-quality analytical operations while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. In addition to technical expertise, Daniel has over five years of leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and guiding team members toward shared organizational goals. His leadership style emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and the development of high-performing teams.Prior to joining our organization, he served in several key leadership and technical roles, including Technical Director, Field Service Engineer, and Chief Executive Officer of Analytical Laboratory Solutions. These diverse experiences have provided a broad perspective on laboratory operations, scientific problem-solving, and client-focused service. Daniel holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA), a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, combining advanced scientific knowledge with strategic business leadership to drive innovation and excellence in laboratory operations.
Senior Laboratory Manager
Jon Jackson serves as Senior Laboratory Manager and brings over 15 years of experience helping production laboratories generate scientifically valid and legally defensible analytical results. He has worked with universities, the U.S. Department of the Navy, environmental remediation and testing firms, and cannabis testing laboratories, consistently delivering reliable data in regulated environments. Jon’s career highlights include two years of service in the U.S. Army Combat Arms in West Germany, leading a petroleum remediation project that doubled contaminant removal through optimized aerobic bioremediation, and playing a key role in guiding multiple laboratories through their first successful accreditations. He holds a B.S. in Plant Sciences and a Ph.D. in Chemistry, with core strengths in method development, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, and Agilent and Shimadzu analytical platforms.
Operations Manager
Taylor began working in the cannabis lab industry in 2023, quickly gaining experience as an intake specialist and in potency preparation. With a strong background in customer service, Taylor excels at building lasting relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are consistently met. In her role, Taylor is responsible for preparing orders for each client, managing incoming phone calls, and supporting team operations by making sure employees have what they need to succeed. Additionally, Taylor assists with transportation logistics, including scheduling pickups, helping maintain smooth and efficient daily operations.
Laboratory Analyst
Michael was born and raised in the small town of Butler, Alabama. He attended Mississippi State University, where he received both his bachelor’s in Biochemistry and a master’s degree in Veterinary in Biomedical Sciences. He began his career in cannabis in 2025 with Alchemy Analytics in DeKalb, MS, working mainly in potency and pesticides analysis, supporting strong client/lab relationships and robust quality control. He moved to Missouri in 2026 to join the TruMO team in their efforts to ensure that consumers in the state can enjoy high quality cannabis product. When he’s not working in the lab, Michael enjoys playing piano, visiting antique shops and listening to music.
Laboratory Analyst
Paiton Fritsche is a laboratory analyst with over eight years of specialized experience. She holds a degree in Chemistry and a Certificate in Chemical Laboratory Technology providing her with a rigorous technical foundation. Her professional background includes five years in nutraceuticals and three and a half years in the pharmaceutical industry where she developed a deep expertise in quality standards and analytical methodologies. Paiton is dedicated to ensuring the safety, purity, and scientific integrity of every product that enters the lab. When she isn’t analyzing samples Paiton is deeply involved in the wellness community as a yoga teacher and plant medicine advocate. She is an avid rock climber and runner who thrives on physical challenges. Paiton is most at home in nature often found backpacking, kayaking, or enjoying the outdoors with her beloved dogs.
Laboratory Analyst
Joe is a laboratory analyst with 8 years of laboratory experience, with 6 being in the medical cannabis industry and 2 being in food microbiological testing. He has both a B.S. and M.S. in Biology and recently moved to Springfield, MO from Arkansas. He is passionate about using robust scientific processes to deliver accurate and trusted results for clients as well as for the medical patients who utilize cannabis for relief from their ailments. In his free time, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, which includes his long-term partner and his troublesome fur babies: a sweet loyal black lab mix named Olive and a feisty Calico gremlin named Arya. He spends other moments collecting vinyl, going on walks, playing video games, and developing new hobbies such as baking bread and gardening.
Transport Driver
Dallas began working in the cannabis lab industry in 2024 as a transport agent, quickly becoming a key point of contact between the lab and its clients. He specializes in building strong relationships with growers and processors, ensuring clear communication and reliable service. Dallas stays in close contact with clients to coordinate timely pickups and keep operations running smoothly. With a strong focus on compliance, he ensures that clients meet regulatory requirements while also maintaining strict adherence to state laws for both himself and the lab.
